Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required. Please note that custom or special-order items are non-returnable. Additionally, clearance and final-sale items do not qualify for returns. Ensuring these conditions are met helps us maintain the highest standards in product handling and customer satisfaction.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at Support@toolscape.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Customers must ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend keeping a copy of the tracking information until the return is processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the item does not meet our return criteria, we may reject the return or offer only a partial refund. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us to check product availability. Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of the request. If the requested exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
